Our Kid's Christmas Puppy Heavy Cotton Tee is crafted with quality construction in mind - demonstrated by the ribbed knit collar that makes it highly elastic and helps retain its shape. There are no side seams because they are knit in one piece using tubular knit, which reduces fabric waste and makes the garment more attractive. Not to mention, twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the garment and prevent stretching. Thoughtful Sizing and Care Details are in the images for your convenience.
Solid colors are 100% cotton - an incredibly soft touch and exceptional durability with a medium to heavy weight that holds its form effortlessly for those not so chilly days when a sweatshirt isn't necessary. Your child will love the Christmas Puppy printed on the front.
But that's not all! Purchase the matching pajama bottoms and you will qualify for the free shipping guarantee! Look for them in The Holiday Shop of The Gifted Ruby. But please note that the pajama bottoms and tee shirts come from two completely different suppliers, so I can't guarantee an exact background color match.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
*Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
*Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
*Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the US
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the EU and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the US, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
If you reside in the US, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
*Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
*Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
*Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
*Complain. If you reside in the US and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Acrylic paintings: Paintings are hand-made and have not been quality tested. Dust with a damp cloth using water or mild soap only. Using harsh chemicals could damage the painting. Although the painting has been treated with a UV protective seal, I don't recommend that it be hung in bright sunlight because it could fade. Paintings that have been sealed with Epoxy resin can withstand heat up to 450 degrees, but I don't recommend hanging it near a heat source. I cannot be responsible for damages created by the consumer.
Coasters: Coasters are hand-made and have not been quality tested. All coasters are made of ceramic tile, hand painted, sealed with an epoxy resin, then a cork is added to the back. They are breakable if dropped, and although the epoxy resin can withstand heat up to 450 degrees, I don't recommend testing it out. They have been tested to withstand heat from a normal cup of hot coffee or tea. To clean, use a damp or wet cloth using water or mild soap only. Using harsh chemicals could damage the coasters. I cannot be responsible for damages created by the consumer.
Paper Quilling Art: To clean, use an air duster or a light feather duster. Using liquid cleaners will cause the paper to warp and buckle. The artwork has been sealed with a clear acrylic spray that is non-yellowing and has UV protection. However, it is highly recommended that you do not hang it in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Do not set heavy objects on the artwork as it will crush it. I cannot be responsible for damages created by the consumer.
